2005 Hot Wheels Metal Maniac Classic Car

Power Bomb is a 1/64 scale die-cast toy car from the original 2005 Hot Wheels Acceleracers series and is car #1 of the Metal Maniac line and # G8103 in the Hot Wheels collection. The Pearl White-colored Power Bomb sports Red and Black flames and was designed by Mattel Designer David Weise. The Power Bomb was made in 8 different versions from 2005 to 2016 and appears in the Hot Wheels Acceleracers cartoons.

The White Power Bomb collectors car was originally a car in the Acceleracers lineup though it never appeared in any story media. The Power Bomb car has a magnesium monochrome on push-rods and carbon fiber chassis the body features side engine intakes front brake heat outlets. On the top there are radiator outlets and springs for style. To save weight there aren't any fenders and there's only one cockpit.

Power Bomb can be purchased as part of the 4 car Metal Maniac Set #2 or individually along with the Spine Buster Purple, Spine Buster Black and Ratified Hot Wheels Acceleracers cars.

In the Acceleracers cartoons, the car is driven by Mark Wylde.

Metal Maniacs consist of 9 different models and are part of the Acceleracers series of Hot Wheels Toy cars manufactured by the Mattel Toy Company in El Segundo California. Acceleracers were introduced by Mattel in 2004 and were distributed through retail sales as part of a promotion by McDonald's and Warner Brothers.
